After a broad introduction of FRISQ Care in 31 units within Capio Elderly and Mobile Care, they now sign new agreements with FRISQ. The agreements concern an introduction of FRISQ Care in new units as well as an expanded implementation and support assignment. The agreements run for 4 years, and the order value is approximately SEK 1.6 million with possible additions for development and implementation.

Capio Elderly and Mobile Care is part of Capio Sweden, which is one of the largest private care providers in Sweden. The care offer within Capio Elderly and Mobile Care includes geriatrics, advanced home care (ASiH), specialized palliative inpatient care (SPSV), inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, medical interventions in special housing for the elderly (SÄBO) and emergency medical vehicles.

In July 2021, Capio Elderly and Mobile Care chose to sign an agreement for a broad introduction of FRISQ Care in their units. This was done after evaluating several systems to be able to work more patient-centered in a structured way, to create more patient participation and increase the quality of their work. FRISQ Care is implemented in 31 units at Capio Elderly and Mobile Care when they now sign two new commercial agreements with FRISQ. The new agreements relate to the introduction of FRISQ Care in 3 cognitive units that primarily work with memory investigations in suspected dementia. In addition to this, FRISQ Care will also be introduced at Capio Närsjukhus in Simrishamn for inpatient and outpatient care. The new agreements also include consulting services linked to implementation and development.

”With FRISQ Care as a digital support in our operations, the staff get help to know what needs to be done, when it needs to be done and by whom. We have improved many of our quality parameters and it is easier for the staff to have routines and digital checklists. Our documentation and over-reporting is also much faster, which means we can be more present with the patients. Therefore, it feels good to now expand the collaboration and introduce FRISQ Care in more units”, Thorleif Nilsen, business area manager at Capio Elderly and Mobile Care comments.

The new agreements will enter into force on 1 September 2022 and will be subcontracted to the agreement signed in June 2021 with a term of five years. It means that the new agreements run until June 2026.
