FRISQ (NASDAQ: "FRISQ") has signed a commercial agreement with Capio Elderly and Mobile Care. The agreement runs for 5 years and the order value amounts to SEK 15 million. The agreement enters into force on 1 July 2021 and replaces the previous pilot agreement, after FRISQ Care has been evaluated in competition with other systems.

Capio Elderly and Mobile care is part of Capio Sweden, which is one of the largest private care providers in Sweden. The care offer within Capio Elderly and Mobile care includes geriatrics, advanced home care (ASiH), specialized palliative inpatient care (SPSV), inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, medical interventions in special housing for the elderly (SÄBO) and emergency medical vehicles.

The commercial agreement replaces the previous pilot agreement and has an order value, based on current operations in Capio Elderly and Mobile Care, of SEK 15 million (divided into SEK 3 million per year) for the license part of FRISQ Care. The new agreement entails a broad application of FRISQ Care in Capio Elderly and Mobile Care's operations.

“We have evaluated several systems to be able to work more patient-centered in a structured way, to create more participation in patients and increase the quality of our work. FRISQ Care supports this with its platform where we can use tablets or iPads to document what we do together with the patient in the patient's room. FRISQ Care also facilitates and quality assures the information flow from one work team to the next with the help of so-called Team TV. After a pilot period, we have now chosen to continue with FRISQ Care as our platform for patient-centered care process support. FRISQ Care means that our documentation and over-reporting is much faster, which means that we can be more physically present with the patients. The structured workflow also means that all documentation is done in a standardized way and reminds us of the various measures we must take with all our patients. It also feels good to be able to offer our employees a modern way of working, ”comments Thorleif Nilsen, business area manager at Capio Elderly and Mobile Care.

“It is gratifying that a leading and expanding business such as Capio Elderly and Mobile Care has chosen FRISQ Care as a tool to improve and streamline its operations and we look forward to assisting this business to become a model for Swedish geriatric care in the years to come”, says George Thaw, CEO of FRISQ Holding, in a comment.
