Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously disclosed, on April 14, 2020, Frontier Communications Corporation (the "Company") and all of its direct and indirect subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions under chapter 11 (the "Chapter 11 Cases") of title 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

On June 17, 2020, the Company will be providing a presentation to certain noteholders in connection with the Chapter 11 Cases. A copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K ("Current Report") and is incorporated by reference herein.
