FTI Consulting : Adds Patrick Fillion as a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring Segment in Québec

Montréal, Jan. 25, 2022 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Patrick Fillion as a Managing Director within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in Montréal. The addition follows last month's launch of the firm's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in Québec with the appointment of restructuring expert Martin Franco as a Senior Managing Director.

Mr. Fillion brings more than 15 years of experience in the restructuring space and has served in various types of mandates, including as monitor under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, trustee in bankruptcy, consultant to debtor to assist senior management of underperforming companies and consultant for banks in the analysis of operations and financial projections. In his role at FTI Consulting, Mr. Fillion will focus on providing reorganization and insolvency advisory services to corporations, creditors and other stakeholders facing financial difficulties.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Fillion worked at a Big Four firm for more than 23 years, where he was most recently a Director in the Financial Advisory Group. He specialized in providing restructuring and corporate finance services to clients in the construction, manufacturing, agrifood and real estate sectors.

Mr. Fillion began his career as an auditor at an accounting firm in Québec. He is a Chartered Public Accountant.
