FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE:FCN) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire The Rhodes Group, Inc. on March 29, 2021. 40 billable professionals, including one senior managing director and three managing directors of The Rhodes Group will join the consulting & environmental solutions practice within FTI consulting's forensic and litigation consulting segment, including Andrew Rhodes, the founder and President of The Rhodes Group. Andrew Rhodes will join FTI Consulting as a senior managing director. The transaction is expected to close on second quarter of 2021.
