Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through four segments. The Placing and Underwriting Services segment acts as the bookrunner, lead manager or underwriter of listing applicants in initial public offerings (IPOs) and placing agent of listed companies in connection with their issuance or sale of securities. The Brokerage Services segment provides securities dealing and brokerage services. The Margin Financing Services segment provides margin financing services to customers who intend to purchase securities on a margin basis. The Investment Advisory Services segment provides investment advices related to securities trading services and investment consultancy services and issues monthly research reports.
