Regarding administrative measures and penalties against Chinese counterfeiters

Fuji Corporation (headquarters: Chiryu, Aichi; president and COO: Mr. Shinsuke Suhara; hereafter called as "Fuji") has filed administrative actions against counterfeiters who were manufacturing and selling counterfeit feeders and nozzles falsely labeled as Fuji products in China.

In response to Fuji's complaint, the Administration for Market Regulation in the municipalities in China investigated the counterfeiters and issued a written decision for an administrative penalty that prohibits the manufacturing and selling of counterfeit products and orders the payment of a fine. Furthermore, the Dongguan Administration for Market Regulation has determined that Dongguan Xuren Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. has infringed Fuji's trademark and has ordered them to cease and desist from infringement in a written document.
