The Urban Development and Tourism segment engages in the rental and sale of residences, offices and logistics facilities, the operation of hotels and marine leisure facilities, as well as events and interior decoration and building management business. The Company also engages in movable property leasing and product sales, software development, and restaurants and shops business.
