Fujicco Co., Ltd. (TSE:2908) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire Foods Palette Co.,Ltd. from three individual shareholders on June 27, 2019. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019, Foods Palette reported sales of ¥2.3 billion. The transaction is expected to be completed on August 1, 2019.
