Advancer Global & Fullcast to Commence Provision of Skill-Ready Foreign Workers to Corporations in Japan

Advancer Global Limited update on the joint venture by its indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary, Advancer Nation Pte. Ltd. with Full cast Holdings Co. Ltd. The joint venture company, Full cast International Co. Ltd. will start to offer recruitment and staffing services of foreign workers to corporations in Japan with effect from 2 December 2019. The foreign workers will be employed under the new status of residence, "Specified Skilled Worker" which was introduced by the Government of Japan in April 2019. The one-stop shop services provided by the JV Company will comprise of, amongst others, the pre-screening of foreign workers, training of selected candidates in areas such as Japanese language proficiency and skil s training, handling of administrative application procedures, matching and dispatching of foreign workers to the relevant corporations as well as provision of after-work support and counsel ing services. JV Company will focus on having a set of systems and proces es in place to ease the foreign workers' acceptance into the Japanese culture and society.
Fullcast Holdings Co Ltd is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the human resource outsourcing business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Short-term Business Support segment is engaged in the provision of short-term, events-related human resource services and payroll management service, among others. The Sales Support segment includes agency sales and call center business. The Security and Others segment is engaged in the security guard business for public facilities and general corporations.
