Funai Soken Holdings Incorporated (TSE:9757) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 420,000 shares, representing 0.84% of its share capital, for ¥1,000 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment, along with increasing capital efficiency by increasing its value per share. The program will run until March 31, 2021. As of December 31, 2019, the company had 49,779,009 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 3,220,991 shares in treasury.
