Notice Regarding our Application for Selection to New Market Category (Prime Market)
Funai Soken Holdings, Inc. is pleased to announce that we have decided to apply for selection to the Prime Market, a new market category. Our Board of Directors made this decision at the meeting convened on November 19, 2021 in response to having received the "Results of the Initial Assessment Concerning Compliance with Listing Standards for the New Market Category" from the Tokyo Stock Exchange Co., Ltd. on July 9, 2021. Those results confirmed that Funai Soken Holdings is eligible for listing on the new Prime Market.
Procedures related to our application for selection to the new category will be advanced based on the scheduled stipulated by Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.
