Fuso Pharmaceutical Industries,Ltd. (TSE:4538) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 200,000 shares, representing 2.24% of the outstanding shares, at ¥2,736 per share for ¥547.2 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and improve shareholder returns. As of August 31, 2017, the company had 8,933,071 shares outstanding and 518,098 shares in treasury.
