FutureLand, Corp. (OTCPK:FUTL) and others entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire 80% stake in Amps Electric, Inc. on July 25, 2017. Amps reported annual revenues of $5 million in 2016. The transaction is expected to close in next 14 days.
