CFW Partners, L.P, Mitsui & Co., Ltd., Fuyo General Lease Co., Ltd. and JA Mitsui Leasing, Ltd. submitted a non-binding proposal to acquire remaining 2.1% stake in Willis Lease Finance Corporation for $29.3 million.

CFW Partners, L.P, Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (TSE:8031), Fuyo General Lease Co., Ltd. (TSE:8424) and JA Mitsui Leasing, Ltd. submitted a non-binding proposal to acquire remaining 2.1% stake in Willis Lease Finance Corporation (NasdaqGM:WLFC) for $29.3 million on November 17, 2022. Buyers will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Willis Lease Finance that are not owned by CFW, Charles F. Willis, IV, Austin Chandler Willis and their respective affiliates in exchange for $45.00 per share. The transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including, among other things, the negotiation and execution of definitive documents.
