One REIT, Inc. (TSE:3290) entered into a contract to acquire Aperto Higashi-Nakano Building from Fuyo General Lease Co., Ltd. (TSE:8424) for ¥1.7 billion on September 8, 2021. Take-back funds, borrowings and cash on hand from the issuance of new investment units (general offering) resolved at the Board of Directors of the Investment Corporation held on September 8, 2021. The consideration will be full paid at the time of delivery.
The scheduled acquisition date is September 24, 2021.
