Fwusow Industry Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 4,265.71 million compared to TWD 3,442.22 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 134.74 million compared to TWD 47.16 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.4078 compared to TWD 0.1456 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 8,488.37 million compared to TWD 7,162.58 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 336.63 million compared to TWD 282.51 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.0194 compared to TWD 0.8544 a year ago.
FWUSOW INDUSTRY CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of feedstuff, oil and fat products and other foods and fertilizers. The Companyâs products include mixed feedstuff, pet foods, edible oil, soybean powder, cereal products and organic fertilizers. It mixed feedstuff products include feedstuff for pigs, chicken and aquatic livestock, among others. Its edible oil products include salad oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil and olive oil, among others. Its cereal food products mainly include instant breakfast cereal foods. The Company is also engaged in importing and exporting businesses and the importing and sales of bulk cereals. The Company mainly operates businesses in domestic market.
