G Capital Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company, which is focused on renewable energy (RE) and transportation. The Company operates through five segments: Transportation, Hydropower, Solarpower, Water, and Investment holding and others. The Transportation segment is principally engaged in the chartering of its fleet of land-based transportation assets and specialty vehicles. The Hydropower segment is involved in developing, maintaining, and operating mini-hydropower plants. Its mini hydropower plants are located in the state of Perak. The Solarpower segment is engaged in the business of supplying, installing and operating solar photovoltaic electric power generation systems (Solar PV Systems). The Company is involved in providing water solutions and aims to be a public utilities solution provider. Its subsidiaries include Perak Hydro Renewable Energy Corporation Sdn. Bhd., GPB Corporation Sdn. Bhd., Solarcity Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and G Capital Water Solutions Sdn Bhd.
