NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING

The company was notified on 9 June 2020 by Sachem Head Capital Management LP and others that, following an acquisition of voting rights relating to other financial instruments falling with the disclosure and transparency rules on 8 June 2020, they now hold 5.3% of the company’s total voting rights.
