Gagasan Nadi Cergas Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company's segments include Construction, Concession and Facility Management, Utility Services, Property Development, and Others. The Construction segment is involved in the provision of conceptual design and advisory, liaison with relevant authorities for approvals and the provision of complete services including design, coordination and obtaining authorities approvals and underwriting complete cost and financing. The Concession and Facility Management segment undertakes and provides various concession and asset management services involving comprehensive maintenance and schedule refurbishment and replacement of assets. Its Utility Services segment is involved in the setting up of thermal energy storage plant. Its Property development segment is involved in the development of residential, commercial and industrial properties. The Others segment includes properties investment and management services.
