Gamma Communications plc announced the appointment of Shaun Gregory as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2022. Shaun has had an extensive career across media and advertising spanning over 30 years. He has held senior roles across Emap PLC, Telegraph Media Group, Blyk and Telefonica.
More recently, he has been the CEO of Exterion Media and IYUNO Media Group and is currently the CEO of EMG Group. Shaun has also been a Non-Executive Director on many company boards, including WEVE, Telefonica's WAYRA, Ocean Outdoor, Bliss Media and Proxama. He has also served on a number of Trade Body Boards, including the MMA and the Advertising Association.
In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, set out in the appendix below are those companies for which Shaun Gregory, aged 53, has been a Director in the last five years. The Group confirms that there are no other disclosures to be made pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies with respect to Shaun Gregory.
