Operating income was USD 7.941 million compared to operating loss of USD 29.822 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 142.316 million compared to USD 80.152 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 1.06 compared to USD 0.61 a year ago.

The DMS segment, under the brand LocaliQ, is a cloud-based platform of fully-digital products that delivers customers and drives leads through technology and insights.
