Garofalo Health Care continues purchases of its own ordinary shares

(Alliance News) - Garofalo Health Care Spa reported Monday that it purchased 47,476 of its own ordinary shares between Oct. 2 and Oct. 6.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR4.4727, for a total consideration of EUR212,345.87.

To date, the company holds 1.6 million of its own ordinary shares, representing 1.8 percent of its share capital.

Garofalo Health Care's stock is down 0.2 percent at EUR4.57 per share.
