Garofalo Health Care has purchased more than 36,300 shares of its own stock

(Alliance News) - Garofalo Health Care Spa reported Monday that it purchased 36,317 of its own ordinary shares between Sept. 25 and Sept. 29.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR4.4675, for a total consideration of EUR162,245.84.

To date, the company holds 1.5 million of its own ordinary shares, representing 1.7 percent of its share capital.

GHC's stock is up 2.1 percent at EUR4.46 per share.
