Garofalo Health Care purchases 20,000 of its own shares

(Alliance News) - Garofalo Health Care Spa announced Monday that it purchased 19,899 GHC shares from Sept. 13 to 15.

The shares were taken over at an average price of EUR4.4462 for a total consideration of EUR88,475.56.

As a result of these purchases, as of today's date GHC holds 1.5 million of its own ordinary shares, representing 1.6 percent of the share capital.

Garofalo Health Care's stock closed Monday 3.6 percent in the red at EUR4.32 per share.
