Gateley (Holdings) Plc announced that the resolution to approve the payment of the proposed final dividend was omitted from the Notice of the AGM. In its place, the Board declared a second interim dividend of equal value to the proposed final dividend (5.0 pence). This will be paid to shareholders on 8 October 2021, in line with the timetable for payment of the proposed final dividend, to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 August 2021 (corresponding ex-dividend date of 26 August 2021). the proposed final dividend has now been withdrawn.
