On October 25, 2013 stockholders of OAO GAZ early terminated the powers of the Board of Directors and elected the persons to the Board of Directors: Eibeck Manfred, Bo Inge Andersson, Siegfried Wolf, Klaus Peter Paul Koob, Artem Leontyev, Maksim Nagaytsev, Dmitriy Snesar, Yevgeniy Ivanov and Valeriy Shantsev.
