2.1. L. Pronin appealed to Moscow Arbitration Court with claim to recognize invalidity of decision by General Shareholders Meeting of Gazprom held on June 28, 2019 (case No. A40-264435/19-104-2070. Above claim was dismissed. According to court ruling dated June 1, 2021, L. Pronin was not entitled to transfer cassation appeal challenging judgment of Moscow Arbitration Court dated February 27, 2020 for consideration at session of Judicial Chamber for Economic Disputes of Supreme Court of Russian Federation; decision of Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal dated September 24, 2020 and decision of Moscow District Arbitration Court dated January 25, 2021 regarding this case.
