Gazprom Gazoraspredeleniye Saratovskaya Oblast' AO, formerly Saratovoblgaz OAO (Saratovoblgaz OJSC) is a Russia-based company, which is active within the gas sector. The Company's main activities are the control, transportation and distribution of liquefied natural gas. Saratovoblgaz OAO operates through 15 branches on the wholesale and retail markets on the territory of the Saratov Region. It is also engaged in the gas distribution systems operations, including diagnostics, reconstruction, repair and maintenance management and development, engineering, construction, certification and introduction of gas-using equipment. In addition, it provides gas pipeline and gas network maintain and repair services. As of May 26, 2011, the Company's major shareholder was Gazprom gazoraspredelnie OAO with a stake of 54.90%.
