Gazprom Gazoraspredeleniye Tver' AO (Gazprom gas distribution Tver' OJSC), formerly known as Tver'oblgaz OJSC, is a Russia-based company, which is active in the transportation and distribution of natural and liquefied gas, as well as construction and operation of gas pipelines on the territory of the Tver? region. Its network encompasses approximately 8000 kilometers of pipelines for natural gas. The Company operates through four gas filling stations in Tver, Bezhetsk, Nelidov and Ostashkovo, as well as through 11 branches. What is more, it offers sale of gas equipment, including spare parts and provides clients with installation and maintenance of equipment as well. As of June 23, 2014 the Company's major shareholder was Gazprom Gazoraspredeleniye OAO.
