Gazprom Neft has been ranked one of Russia's top employers in international company Universum's 2020 ratings - based on a survey of professionals throughout the country. As in 2019, Gazprom Neft was ranked among the top-five most attractive employers in the 'Engineering and Natural Sciences' and 'Business/Commerce' nominations, as well as being ranked the second most attractive energy company in both of these categories.

Gazprom Neft was the fifth most attractive employer among professionals in the humanities, and, as in previous years, the only company cited among the top-10 most attractive employers for IT specialists in the energy industry. Key criteria governing respondents' choices in selecting the best employers included opportunities for development and professional training, companies' market reputations, stable and reliable employment, and salary levels.

'Gazprom Neft's consistently high rankings confirm the relevance and appeal of the values the company adheres to. First and foremost, this means focussing on the individual as a partner in achieving company-wide goals. We try to give our employees greater opportunities for self-fulfilment, for developing their talents, and for personal growth - through various role-based career paths. The company pays considerable attention to developing its corporate culture, to creating an inclusive and engaging environment, to deploying new technological approaches to work, and to employee satisfaction. We are delighted that our efforts are striking a chord with professionals in this market.'
Kirill KravchenkoDeputy CEO for Administration, Gazprom Neft
'The company has been getting high rankings from ratings respondents for several years running - which confirms that the company's approach to developing our value proposition is the right one. We try to focus on employees' and jobseekers' needs and requirements, and respond to these, as far as possible, in terms of opportunities and professional growth. I think the cumulative effect of all of these factors, together with effective work across all company departments, is what allows us to remain one of Russia's leading employers, year after year.'
