GC Rieber Shipping ASA proposed distribution of Additional dividend of NOK 1.23 per share, at the EGM to be held on September 23, 2021. It is proposed that the dividend is paid to shareholders as of 23 September 2021, as this is registered with the Norwegian Central Securities Depository as of 27 September 2021. The expected payment date is 5 October 2021.
