Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua, S.A.B. de C.V. announced that its Board of Directors has determined that the annual dividend authorized by the General Shareholders' Meeting on April 25, 2019, will be paid on August 15, 2019. The dividend of MXN 0.8189 per share comes from the balance of the net earnings on a tax basis corresponding to the fiscal year 2013 and previous years.
GCC SAB de CV, formerly known as Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua SAB de CV, is a Mexico-based company primarily engaged in the construction materials sector. The Company foocuses on the production and marketing of cement and other related building materials.
