Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua, S.A.B. de C.V. informs the investing public that the dividend of MXN 0.7121 per share will be paid on August 13, 2018, for each of the 332,535,508 shares outstanding, in accordance with a decision of the Board of Directors. The dividend, approved by the annual shareholders’ meeting on April 26, 2018, comes from the balance of the net earnings on a tax basis corresponding to the fiscal year 2013 and before. Payment will be made through S.D. INDEVAL against the delivery of coupon 14 of the current share certificates.
