GCL Technology Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Wong Man Chung as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the Strategy and Investment Committee

GCL Technology Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Wong Man Chung, Francis has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director, and ceased to be a member of the audit committee and a member of the strategy and investment committee of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting of the Company held on 31 May 2022 in order to devote more time to his other work commitments.
