CLARIFICATION REGARDING THE DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION PROPOSAL

Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 7 September 2021 - In view of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called on 30 September 2021 about the proposal of the distribution of a dividend of Euro 0,33 per share, GEFRAN S.p.A. informs that for stock exchange purposes such dividend shall be considered as an ordinary dividend.
