Gel Groupe SA (ENXTPA:MLGEL) acquired Groupe PLANETT from Capitem Partenaires and others effective April 5, 2017. Groupe PLANETT reported turnover of €70 million in 2016. Christian Tachon of Cofina Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor while Thibault Duméril of Alcya acted as legal advisor for Capitem Partenaires.
