GEM Services, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,004.173 million compared to TWD 931.738 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 268.914 million compared to TWD 222.683 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 176.190 million compared to TWD 199.280 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.37 compared to TWD 1.54 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.36 compared to TWD 1.53 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 2,737.347 million compared to TWD 2,575.159 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 667.176 million compared to TWD 578.406 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 504.054 million compared to TWD 511.428 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 3.91 compared to TWD 3.96 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 3.86 compared to TWD 3.93 a year ago.
GEM Services, Inc. is a Cayman Islands-based multinational semiconductor assembly and test contractor. The Company specializes in small-outline surface-mount packages for power management semiconductors. Its customers are semiconductor manufacturers who require both industry standard and advanced packaging solutions as part of their portfolio of value-added products for portable, battery-powered communications, computing systems, industry, and automobile applications.
