Following the announcement dated 19 December 2016, Gemadept Corporation received the Decision No.2513/QD-CT-XP dated 7 June 2017 on amending the Decision to fine on administrative violation concerning tax No.6089/QD-CT-XP dated 9 December 2016.

According to which:

• Fine: None

• Amount of late corporate income tax payment: None

Separate declaration and payment of corporate income tax for the profit resulted from an office building revaluation in 2013: VND 31,895,355,539.

The Company completed the declaration and payment of the abovementioned tax in 2016.
