Genesis Energy Limited announced that Chief Financial Officer, James Spence, is leaving the company due to family reasons, effective from 24 May and will take up a new role in Australia. James moved to New Zealand from Australia with his family to join Genesis Energy in March 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Genesis has commenced a recruitment process for a new Chief Financial Officer and will update the market when that process is complete.
