Genesis Minerals Limited is an Australia-based gold exploration and mine development company. The principal activities of the Company are processing at Mt Morgans, exploration of its 100% owned tenement packages at Laverton and Leonora and pre-development activities at the Ulysses Gold Project. Mt Morgans comprises a portfolio of open pit and underground mineral resources, a 2.9 million tons per annum (Mtpa) conventional carbon-in-leach processing plant. The Leonora Gold Project is located 30 kilometers (km) south of Leonora and 200km north of Kalgoorlie, in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. The Barimaia Gold Project is in the Murchison District of Western Australia, 10 Km southeast of the Mt Magnet Gold Mine. Its Leonora operations also include Gwalia underground mine, 1.4Mtpa Leonora mill, Tower Hill project, the Zoroastrian project, and the Aphrodite and Harbour Lights refractory projects. The Company also holds Bruno-Lewis and Raeside gold tenements in Western Australia.
