GeNeuro SA announces that its Board of Directors has decided to postpone the publication of its June 30, 2024 half-yearly results and half-yearly financial report in order to be able to take into account the financial impacts of the restructuring targeted by the Company as part of the granted debt-restructuring moratorium procedure. The Company will announce by press release the new date of their approval and publication.
