Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Limited announced that the Board of Directors of the company has appointed Ms. Franciska Decuypere as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the company, effective May 14, 2014 in place of Mr. Olivier Le Grand who resigned from the Board of Directors of the company.
