SUBMISSION OF THE LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF

DIRECTORS AND BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS OF GEOX S.P.A.

Biadene di Montebelluna, 24 March 2022 - Geox S.p.A. hereby announces that the lists of candidates for the renewal of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors of Geox S.p.A. - on which the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting is called to decide on 14 April 2022, in a single call - together with the documentation required by the regulations in force and by the Articles of Association, are available to the public at the registered office located in Via Feltrina Centro 16, 31044 Biadene di Montebelluna (Treviso), on the authorised eMarket Storage mechanism, at www.emarketstorage.it, as well as on the website of Geox S.p.A, www.geox.biz, in the section Governance "Shareholders' Meeting 2022".
