NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Gerdau S.A. (B3: GGBR / NYSE: GGB), Metalúrgica Gerdau S.A. (B3: GOAU) and Seiva S.A. - Florestas e Indústrias (collectively, the "Companies") inform their shareholders and the general market, pursuant to Circular Letter/Annual-2022-CVM/SEP, published on February 24, 2022, that as a result of the amendments to items I and II of Article 289 of Federal Law 6.404, of December 15, 1976, the mandatory publications made by the Companies will now be published exclusively in the newspaper Valor Econômico, and no longer in the state register Diário Oficial do Estado de São Paulo, as established in said law.
