Newave Energia SA announced that it will receive BRL 4,500 Million in a round of funding on November 29, 2022. The transaction included participation from Gerdau S.A., Newave Energia I Advisory Fundo De Investimento Em Participacoes Multiestrategia, and XP Investimentos.
