Robus Capital Management Limited, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Whitebox Advisors, LLC agreed to acquire GERRY WEBER International AG (XTRA:GWI2) on July 15, 2019. As of October 25, 2019, the insolvency plan is legally binding. Robus Capital Management, J.P. Morgan Securities and Whitebox Advisors collectively provided up to €49 million for the creditor satisfaction and financing the operative business. The transaction is subject to customary market conditions, such as the anti-trust clearance of competent authorities as well as the approval of a separate insolvency plan for GERRY WEBER Retail GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of GERRY WEBER International. As of September 18, 2019, the solvency plan is accepted by the creditor assembly. Stefan Meyer of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH acted as trustee in the insolvency proceedings. Robus Capital Management Limited, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Whitebox Advisors, LLC completed the acquisition of GERRY WEBER International AG (XTRA:GWI2) on December 31, 2019. The local court Bielefeld approved the insolvency proceedings.
