Pursuant to article 228 of the consolidated text of the Securities Market Act, approved by Legislative Royal Decree 4/2015 of 23 October, and related provisions, Gestamp Automoción, S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs of the following
SIGNIFICANT EVENT
As already published as a Significant Event on May 8, 2018 (official registry no. 265304), the General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company, held on May 7, 2018, approved the distribution of a cash dividend for a gross amount of 0.125 euros per share for each of the outstanding Company's ordinary shares.
The dividend will be paid on July 6, 2018, by the agent bank CaixaBank, S.A., through the participating entities of "Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Compensación y Liquidación de Valores, S.A.U." (IBERCLEAR) deducting the applicable withholding from the mentioned gross amount.
Relevant dates of this corporate event are the following:
Date as of which the Company's shares will be traded without the right to receive the dividend (ex date): July 4, 2018.
Date on which shareholders that are eligible to receive payment of the dividend will be determined (record date): July 5, 2018.
Payment date: July 6, 2018.
