Leszek Czrnecki signed a conditional deal to acquire 25.01% stake in Noble Securities S.A. from Getin Noble Bank S.A. for PLN 36 million.

Leszek Czrnecki signed a conditional deal to acquire 25.01% stake in Noble Securities S.A. from Getin Noble Bank S.A. (WSE:GNB) for PLN 36 million on June 21, 2018. As a part of transaction, Getin Noble Bank will sell 0.87 million shares of Noble Securities S.A. Under the terms of the deal, Getin Noble Bank also granted Leszek Czrnecki a call option for further 25%. The deal is subject to regulatory consents.
