Gielda Papier?w Wartosciowych w Warszawie S.A. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PLN 90.62 million compared to PLN 88.98 million a year ago. Net income was PLN 36 million compared to PLN 31.93 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PLN 0.86 compared to PLN 0.76 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PLN 300.06 million compared to PLN 287.63 million a year ago. Net income was PLN 119.89 million compared to PLN 104.68 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PLN 2.86 compared to PLN 2.49 a year ago.
Gielda Papierow Wartosciowych w Warszawie SA (Warsaw Stock Exchange, GPW) is a Poland-based stock exchange. It is a parent entity of WSE Group that offers products and services within its trading markets of equity, derivate, fixed income and structured products. It also distributes market data. The Company has two business lines: Financial market, which includes trading in equities, derivatives, fixed-income and other instruments, listing, and information services; and Commodity market, which includes trading in electricity and property rights in certificates of origin, operation of a register of certificates of origin, clearing, trade and technical trade operator services.
